Super friendly owners and staff. Spotlessly clean. Good location near the beach. Excellent breakfast and food. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Close to Cesenatico and Cervia. Great for families with children. Large sandy beach nearby

Only had a short stay at Hotel Kiss and used the hotel as a base whilst meeting friends and family in the area, we were given a warm reception by the owners and used facilities such as the pool and really enjoyed the free bike hire. Breakfast was very good for a "continental" offering and was appreciated. Would probably use again, if visiting the area.
Bathroom a little small, but there again, I am a little big!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, especially the lady in charge of breakfast. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The rooms were exactly like in the pictures, with a comfortable double bed. And the breakfast spread was delicious!
Everything was great, no complaints at all!

The hotel's attention to detail is remarkable. From the super clean rooms that look exactly like in the pictures, to the friendly and warm welcome from the lovely hosts, everything was top-notch. The location is well situated close to a beautiful beach, just a short walk away. The prices were great for such a fantastic value for money.
All aspects of our stay were absolutely fine.

The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. I also enjoyed the nearby park for a relaxing stroll.
Although the balcony was a bit small, it didn't bother me much. The only downside was that the coffee at breakfast was not to my liking, but I understand why they offer instant coffee during busy times.

We had a good breakfast and the staff were polite and helpful. the beach was just a short walk away and it was really nice to have a bike to ride.
The room we booked was too cramped for our family of four, and we were unable to sleep soundly due to issues with the air conditioning. Despite the issue being corrected, we were disappointed that no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the sea. the location was perfect, just a short walk through the beautiful pine woods to the flat blue flag beach. the rooms were spotless and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any request. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Only downside was the small swimming pool, but with such a stunning beach nearby, it didn't really matter.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are just like the pictures and a well-stocked breakfast to start your day off right. The location is perfect, situated close to a stunning beach and within reach of charming towns like Cesenatico and Cervia.
All was more than okay - couldn't ask for more!
